The Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority (NSIA) has formally transitioned the Presidential Fertiliser Initiative (PFI) to the Ministry of Finance Incorporated (MOFI), marking the end of nearly a decade of strategic leadership that transformed Nigeria’s fertiliser sector.
