Sani Yakubu is a distinguished finance and investment expert with over 30 years of experience spanning commercial and corporate banking, investment strategy, real estate development, and economic policy advisory. He is recognized for his transformative contributions across Nigeria’s public and private sectors.

As National Coordinator for MREIF at the Ministry of Finance Incorporated (MOFI) and National Coordinator of the MOFI Real Estate Investment Fund (MREIF), Sani oversees strategic initiatives to grow the Real Estate sector and related value chains. His work includes fostering innovative partnerships with financial institutions, developers, and government stakeholders to enhance real estate development and promote housing affordability nationwide.

A lifelong learner, Sani Yakubu holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Ahmadu Bello University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Banking and Finance from FITC, and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Mr Sani is an old boy of Kings College, Lagos.

Beyond his professional achievements, Sani is a Certified Member of the Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria (ELAN), a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Administration (ICAD), and a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).
